世界數(shù)字教育大會(huì)2月13日至14日在北京舉行。本次大會(huì)以“數(shù)字變革與教育未來(lái)”為主題，由教育部、中國(guó)聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織全國(guó)委員會(huì)共同舉辦。

The World Digital Education Conference is held on Feb 13 and 14 in Beijing. Themed "Digital Transformation and Future of Education", the two-day event is co-hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

本次大會(huì)以線上線下相結(jié)合的方式舉行，總規(guī)模800人（其中300人線下參會(huì)），來(lái)自全球超過(guò)130個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的代表注冊(cè)參會(huì)，包括新西蘭、菲律賓、瑞士等多個(gè)國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，聯(lián)合國(guó)、聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織、經(jīng)合組織、世界銀行、聯(lián)合國(guó)兒童基金會(huì)等重要國(guó)際組織負(fù)責(zé)人和寨拉利昂、泰國(guó)、新加坡、南非、西班牙等14個(gè)國(guó)家的教育部長(zhǎng)發(fā)來(lái)視頻致辭，近50個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織的駐華使節(jié)和代表（其中16位駐華大使）及多所知名高校校長(zhǎng)等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參會(huì)。

大會(huì)由開(kāi)幕式、主論壇、平行論壇和配套活動(dòng)等4個(gè)部分組成，圍繞數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，數(shù)字學(xué)習(xí)資源開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用、師生數(shù)字素養(yǎng)提升、教育數(shù)字治理等進(jìn)行深入交流討論。大會(huì)成果包括發(fā)布中國(guó)智慧教育藍(lán)皮書(shū)和智慧教育發(fā)展指數(shù)、發(fā)布智慧教育平臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、發(fā)起成立世界數(shù)字教育聯(lián)盟倡議和發(fā)布世界數(shù)字教育發(fā)展合作倡議等4項(xiàng)。

實(shí)現(xiàn)科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有效聯(lián)動(dòng)，堅(jiān)持教育發(fā)展、科技創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)一體推進(jìn)，形成良性循環(huán)；堅(jiān)持原始創(chuàng)新、集成創(chuàng)新、開(kāi)放創(chuàng)新一體設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)有效貫通；堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、人才鏈一體部署，推動(dòng)深度融合。

We must ensure an effective coordination of the strategy for invigorating China through science and education with the workforce development strategy and the innovation-driven development strategy, and promote the integration of the development of education, sci-tech innovation and personnel training to form a virtuous cycle.
