2023年1至3月在全國開展的“2023年春風(fēng)行動(dòng)暨就業(yè)援助月”專項(xiàng)服務(wù)活動(dòng)，預(yù)計(jì)將為勞動(dòng)者提供3000萬個(gè)就業(yè)崗位。作為中國主要工業(yè)大省之一，湖北省自1月初以來一直在舉辦“春風(fēng)行動(dòng)暨就業(yè)援助月”招聘活動(dòng)，旨在通過在全省舉辦招聘會(huì)，為人們提供就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。

As one of China's major industrial provinces, Hubei has been running the "Spring Breeze" event since early January, which aims to offer people employment opportunities by holding job fairs across the province. The national "2023 Spring Breeze Action" is a job creation initiative .It will last until the end of March this year. The event is expected to generate 30 million new jobs nationwide in the three months it's running.

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

“2023年春風(fēng)行動(dòng)暨就業(yè)援助月”專項(xiàng)服務(wù)活動(dòng)，由人社部會(huì)同工業(yè)和信息化部、民政部等10部門聯(lián)合推出，主要是集中為有就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)者、符合認(rèn)定條件的就業(yè)困難人員以及有用工需求的用人單位提供就業(yè)幫扶。具體措施包括六方面——組織一輪走訪慰問、開展一輪政策宣講、促進(jìn)一批勞務(wù)對(duì)接、推介一批就業(yè)項(xiàng)目、舉辦一批招聘活動(dòng)、保障一批企業(yè)用工。

各省均已公布招聘場次、政策宣講、項(xiàng)目推介等計(jì)劃安排。江蘇、河南與北京、上海等勞務(wù)與用工較大省份已提前開展勞務(wù)對(duì)接、出臺(tái)重點(diǎn)企業(yè)招用工資金補(bǔ)貼政策。四川、廣東等許多省份在春節(jié)后組織了返崗包車專列。

人社部將公布一批公共就業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、零工市場名錄以及各地招聘活動(dòng)的場次安排，宣傳推廣一批典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法，更多促進(jìn)市場供需匹配。

就業(yè)是最基本的民生。強(qiáng)化就業(yè)優(yōu)先政策，健全就業(yè)促進(jìn)機(jī)制，促進(jìn)高質(zhì)量充分就業(yè)。健全就業(yè)公共服務(wù)體系，完善重點(diǎn)群體就業(yè)支持體系，加強(qiáng)困難群體就業(yè)兜底幫扶。

Employment is the most basic component of the people’s wellbeing. We need to intensify efforts to implement the employment-?rst policy and improve related mechanisms to promote high-quality and full employment. We will refine the public services system for employment and the system of providing employment support for key groups and do more to help those in difficulty find employment and meet their basic needs.
