上海合作組織成員國(guó)元首理事會(huì)第二十三次會(huì)議7月4日舉行，峰會(huì)發(fā)表《上海合作組織成員國(guó)元首理事會(huì)關(guān)于數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型領(lǐng)域合作的聲明》。聲明指出，成員國(guó)將繼續(xù)努力，堅(jiān)持以人民為中心，推動(dòng)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型紅利普遍可及且成本在可承受范圍內(nèi)，以充分發(fā)掘人類(lèi)潛能。

The 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held on July 4, during which statement on cooperation in digital transformation was issued. The statement said that the member states will continuously work hard to stick to the people-centered approach, and promote universal access to the dividends of digital transformation at an affordable cost, so as to fully tap human potential.
