針對近期京津冀地區(qū)暴雨洪澇災害，財政部、應急管理部8月1日緊急預撥1.1億元，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災工作。

受臺風“杜蘇芮”北上影響，7月29日至8月1日，華北、黃淮等地出現(xiàn)極端降雨過程，海河發(fā)生流域性較大洪水，子牙河、大清河、永定河先后發(fā)生編號洪水，河北多地、北京西南部地區(qū)洪澇地質(zhì)災害嚴重，造成重大人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失。

防汛搶險，刻不容緩。財政部、應急管理部1日緊急預撥1.1億元中央自然災害救災資金，支持京津冀地區(qū)做好防汛救災工作，由地方統(tǒng)籌用于應急搶險救援和受災群眾救助，重點做好搜救轉(zhuǎn)移安置受災人員、排危除險等應急處置、開展次生災害隱患排查和應急整治、倒損民房修復等工作。

連日來，華北、黃淮等地相關部門投入大量救援力量趕赴現(xiàn)場應急處置，及時調(diào)撥運送救災物資、轉(zhuǎn)移安置受災群眾、修復受損基礎設施，全力以赴抗擊汛情。

當前正值“七下八上”防汛關鍵期，各地區(qū)和有關部門務必高度重視、壓實責任，強化監(jiān)測預報預警，加強巡查值守，緊盯防汛重點部位，落實落細各項防汛措施，全力保障人民群眾生命財產(chǎn)安全和社會大局穩(wěn)定。

August remains a key month for the North to prevent floods. Party committees and governments at all levels must continue putting people and their lives above anything else.
